- Projected feasibility study
- Set up of legal and tax framework
- Fund raising from: franchisees, private equity investors, syndicates & banks
- Pre-selection of local operating partners
- Site research, selection and negotiation
- Reciprocal agreements of mutual access with existing private clubs worldwide for future card holders of each new project
- Exclusive agreements with luxury shops and services worldwide for future card holders
- Selection of the Concierge Service and Travel Agency managing company (where applicable)
- Selection of the Spa operator (where applicable)
- Selection of the Chef (where applicable)
- Selection and training of:
- The Club executives (Manager, P.R., Maître D’, membership, secretary) in coordination with the operator
- The sales team for the membership launch campaign
- Constitution of the International and Local Honorary Member’s list, including celebrities
- Creation of all marketing tools such as: website, brochures, blogs, etc…
- MORE EXTENSIVELY, ENTIRE MANAGEMENT OF THE MEMBERSHIP SALES CAMPAIGN AS WELL AS THE RELEVANT COMMUNICATION STRATEGY.
- Coordination of the interior design/equipment/reform project involving: the Brand’s management, the franchisee’s designer and Restricted Access’s designer.

- Management of the Media/P.R. campaign
- Quarterly reports to shareholders
- Annual reports to cardholders
- Interface/coordination of the relationship between sealing brand and franchisee
